Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking. By booking a trip with Wanderhythm you agree to the following.

1. Content Usage Rights

Photos and videos created on the trip are the property of Wanderhythm. Usage by others without permission is prohibited.

2. Payment & Booking

Full payment must be made 30 days before the trip. Non-payment after two reminders may lead to cancellation. A government-issued ID is required for boarding. Bookings are non-transferable.

3. Passport & Visa

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months. We are not responsible for visa denial or deportation.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds for unutilised services. We are not liable for loss of or damage to belongings.

5. Departure & Schedule

Departure times are fixed. AC usage during transfers is at the driver's discretion for safety.

6. Health & Safety

Smoking and drinking during transport is prohibited. Participants must be physically fit. We are not responsible for injuries, illness or lost items.

7. Behaviour & Misconduct

Misconduct can result in removal from the tour at your own cost. Please follow coordinator instructions at all times.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not responsible for delays or changes due to weather, politics or emergencies. External transport or evacuation costs due to injury or illness must be borne by participants.
