How far apart are they, really?
Roughly 60–70 km between the two hubs — about 1.5 to 2 hours by road depending on traffic and exactly which beaches you're comparing. It's very doable in a day, but doing it in a rented scooter with luggage is a bad afternoon. This is the single biggest reason people end up seeing only one half of Goa.
Why a combined North + South trip wins
Choosing one side means skipping half of what makes Goa worth the flight.
